SERIES 2000 & 4000 EXTERNAL BAYPASS SYSTEM(EBS)

The series 2000 (208 VAC) and 4000 (480 VAC) External Bypass System (EBS) enables a "make-before-break" transfer operation to and from maintenance bypass via a rotary switch without interruption to critical load.

It is designed to totally isolate the UPS from the critical load for repair or maintenance purposes.

The series 2000 and 4000 External Bypass System is UL listed under (UL 1008, 5th edition) and CSA listed under (CSA C.22.2 No. 107.1-95
